Track of the Day – THE DEAD DAISIES “Bustle and Flow”

It’s a brand new heavy, riffy, rollicking track from The Dead Daisies, and I absolutely love it. The video is an experience, too, and the band had this to say about the tune and the visuals:

In this dark fiery tale a Mysterious Woman arrives at the entrance of a foreboding Sideshow Carnival that has pitched up on the outskirts of town in the grounds of an old dilapidated church graveyard. With stealth and speed on her side, the Raven deals out her punishment outwitting her prey at every turn and subjecting her quarry to a swift and painful demise.

We teamed up with Creative Works London, who are also responsible for the live concert graphics for Guns N’ Roses and Aerosmith. They used the Unreal Engine technology that’s behind the world’s most popular online video game Fortnite to create this Animated Music Experience.

More about The Dead Daisies:

Influenced by 70’s and early 80’s rock, The Dead Daisies sound is soulful and accessible – equal parts of Aerosmith, Bad Company and Foreigner: muscular vocals, bluesy riffs, big choruses, powerful melodies and strong hooks. With stellar musicianship and pulverizing live shows, fans across the globe are discovering the band that is bringing back Rock & Roll!!

The current incarnation of The Dead Daisies features guitarist Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), drummer Deen Castronovo (Journey, Bad English, Hardline), bassist and singer Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Country Communion), and rhythm guitarist David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).
