Track of the Day: Comfortably Numb by Lonely the Brave

Lonely the Brave has a new EP, called ‘Dust & Bones’, set for release on August 12. They’ve released two singles from that EP, and the most recent  – their cover of Pink Floyd’s Comfortably Numb – is our track of the day. Lonely the Brave’s version feels more grounded and slightly darker. They’ve taken a classic and made it sound brand new, as if they’d just written it themselves, while also maintaining respect for the original.

‘Dust & Bones’ is currently available for pre-order. Lonely the Brave is also offering the EP in limited edition vinyl, with only 500 copies being made. Details are on their website.
