Some great news for Canadian rockers The Wild: they’ve been nominated for a Canadian Radio Music Award for the single ‘Slow Burn’, taken from the band’s album ‘GxDxWxB’. It’s a really hard-rocking track, from an excellent album: read my review here.

More about the Canadian Radio Music Awards:
Nominees include artists who have placed on the Canadian charts for the first time and who have achieved top airplay in different formats based on radio “spins,” as recorded by Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems (BDS) in 2015. Votes cast by program directors, music directors, and on-air personalities determine the winners.
The Wild are based in Kelowna, British Columbia, and describe their music as “a bold mixture of supercharged rock and roll, blues and equipped punkrock attitude”.
